Digital Citizen Services & GOV.CO
Project as part of my management as Director of Digital Government. Digital Citizen Services are a set of technological solutions that provide the State with tools to achieve adequate interaction with the citizen. Additionally, the project received the support of the GDS team from the United Kingdom, receiving technical and methodological advice based on the implementation of the experience in GOV.UK.

Entry of the Digital Government of Colombia in the Digital Government Index, of the OECD
As director of Digital Government manages the entry of the management to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), thanks to this work Colombia was nominated in 2020 as the third best digital government Colombia in the OECD ranking and the first in Latin America. Colombia obtained a total score of 0.73 out of 1 and is part of the group of countries along with South Korea, the United Kingdom, Denmark and Japan that show high performance in the dimensions analyzed.

During this time, State entities were updated on issues related to cybersecurity. Managing to generate tools that alert about threats and vulnerabilities. Likewise, in the strengthening of knowledge about security, a digital culture was generated in all officials of State entities.

Member of the executive committee of the Gealc network
The Inter-American Digital Government Network, Red GEALC, brings together the authorities of the Digital Government agencies of the member countries of the Organization of American States (OAS). This organization promotes horizontal cooperation, support for the development of participatory public policies in this field, the training of public officials, knowledge of key aspects of the construction of a national digital government strategy, and the exchange of solutions and experts. among the countries of the region.
